Pei Wei Asian Diner - Surprise

Great food and excellent customer service for the ladies who worked tonight. We had the General Tso Huhn and her NEW! Firecracker chicken. Both were hot, delicious and very tasteful. *update* You really need more than a cook. The commands are secured and now the waiting times are really long.

First customer here. I ordered the Family Bundle, hoping for a good experience. I started reading the reviews and thought oh no! What a mistake that will be. I couldn't have been wrong! I drove to the restaurant about 10 minutes early) for picking up board, and before I got the number I arrived, a smile, pleasant, staff welcomed me with name and gave me my food. She wished me a pleasant evening and told me to enjoy! I saw in the bag to see a beautifully presented dinner. It smells wonderful, and I couldn't wait until I came home to try. The food was not disappointed! However, while I used on a sweeter crab ringoon, with cream cheese, these had no) the taste was still very good. After eating about half the plentiful bundle, we had the lucky cookies and had a good laugh. When opening the cookies there was no fortune inside!! Thank you. Pei Wei Surprise, for a great dinner!

This is a very difficult time for the employees only 5 employees who included the manager. I praise each one of you for your hard work tonight Friday, 21 Jan. I know there were 14 people in the lobby with me ready to wait the 1 hour on our orders on the app that you have nothing to do with just companies. Thank you for being honest with us!!! I know there was that a lady we will call Karen who got in your faces about the waiting period and the manager said not treat / talk to my employees that way they offered a refund, but Karen wanted their money then and there (it takes your bank 7 to 10 days to process it) Karen all of us are behind the staff who were willing to be there and work and make our food!!! Thanks pei Wei of Surprise employee at 6pm pickup and I went with my order 7pm 1 hour as you said thumb high service!!!

Had a short bite at Pei Wei today. Love the texture of brown rice and options such as salad, salad or noodles to go with you. The food came hot and vegetables fresh and crispy. Friendly staff and waiting was fast. We enjoyed the food and were asked how everything was

Orange chicken was burnt. tied calling the store and was put on hold for 12 minutes until I walked in the door. I showed them the burnt ch and they said even if they remade it, it would look the same. This is not what downtown Phoenix Orange Chicken looks like. RUDE MALE MANAGER
