Yesterday evening at 19:30 clock two happy meals for my grandchild. the drive was muded, so I went in. in the lobby was also muded! no one was in register, and olivia one of the manager, ran food from the back to the counter and called out pay. I only waited for about 10 minutes without saying a word, and no one came into register. When olivia finally broke out some food, I said, is someone the register? she literally looked at me and said we were understated. (side note....we spent the last two years of our life listening. because of covid. for any excuse that a company had for a reliable service, and now we will hear. because we are understaffed. I digress. So, I've been waiting for them to find that they're getting up. after another 10 minutes came jonathan (another manager came out to deliver someone's food and said, ma 'am, someone took their order. I said no, not yet. he stopped and took my order and said I was on break and no one told me it was so busy here. I told him about my experience with olivia and he said she was a little overwhelmed. So, where is she? because my grand the nuggets love, I decided to wait, but in the future I will probably support the mcdonalds closer to my home. they are different peculiarities and make a distinctly better job of creation.
His mcdonald’s, the tables were clean, the cash was pleasant and the food was made right. it only took about 5 minutes to give me my command. never had problems with this mcdonald’s
Friendly and efficient service, my order was 100% correct, up to the right amount of ketchup packages I requested. Eating was hot and fresh and had to wait just like 1 min when I had expected to wait at least 3 min. overall, if in the city I will definitely visit this position again.
This special restaurant at exactly this place is listed as a use card by me. I asked them if they would take it, and they said no, I asked them if they could try to run it through and they said I was going to ask. and again they said no, but I did not ask them to ask again that they try to run it through many paintings, what happens, and it is amazing how it works if they don't know or not try. unfortunately it seems every time I am at this place, I get very bad customer service
