Las Fuentes Mexican Grill - Surprise

Price changes today, in store only! Charged me for extra cheese and side tortilla... (I know a tortilla is charged in the app 0.40 cents but I have never been charged in store) and they said any thing more than a 3 finger pinch is $1.25 more for cheese.So I built the same meal on the app, extra beans, extra rice, and cheese, added a side tortilla and chips $13.85. Yet I paid $15.22 in store. There is a line and I don 't want to be rude to other customers but I feel scammed and stolen from by the employees.Receipt #10233 8/25/22 4:47pm

This Chipotle isn't my favorite. I first went several years back when I was visiting Surprise to see the Dodgers at Spring Training. I made a mobile order, a bowl and chips, and when I went to pick up my order there was no chips and was told that none would be made and that a refund couldn't be done in store and I would have to reach out to their online ordering department to obtain my refund. I never did and probably should've never given this location another chance but I did. Have been back since and I will say that the other location in Surprise is far better. Go to that location if it's an option.

Worst experience and overall horrible staff on duty. First off I dont know how or why you wouldn't have meat cooking when you know its dinner time and have to twll people its going to be 20 minutes to make it. Second you have 1 of the emplo3 arguing with a customer about the portion of meat which in my opinion was ridiculously under portioned which i agreed with the other customer who was complaining about it because they did the same thing to me and still expected me to pay full price for a half portion of meat that they failed to have ready for a dinner time order. I think new management is required at this location along with some customer service refresher courses for the employees because within a matter of 5 minutes they have 2 very unhappy customers because of their inadequate customer service skills.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a steak with just a few toppings, but they filled the entire bowl with rice instead. When I asked them to bring the meat, they acted shocked and accused me of being unreasonable. The tables were in disarray, and the small portion of steak I received was awful. This was nothing like my previous experiences at Chipotle; I'd rate this one at about 0.5 out of 10.

Came at 9 o'clock and there were no other customers in the line. They said steak would be ready in 12 minutes, so we waited. when we had ordered, they gave me the steak at the lower edge of the dose, while they can see the cook literally cutting the fresh hot steak that I wait behind the servers. Why are they telling me to wait when they had steaks that they wanted to give me anyway when they promised something wrong? the answer I received was necessary to ensure that there are still a few left for the rest of the night. it should be 4 ounces of meat per serving.
