Ihop - Surprise

I'm just evaluating these 5 stars because of the great waitress my family got. Dana was fantastic, she was friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Food was great at this time, and overall was just a very pleasant experience!

At 4 a.m., the staff was busy with side tasks and cleaning. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a cheerful "good morning!" Our order was prepared quickly and accurately. It was a fantastic breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food is consistently beautiful and fresh, and the service is exceptional. Our waitress, who I believe is named Alexie, was outstanding. She's quite impressive; she doesn't need to write down the orders yet every dish comes out exactly as requested. The combination of delicious food and her excellent service truly makes me look forward to returning. I couldn't be happier!

I visited the restaurant with my family on Sunday, January 23, 2022. They were quite busy and a bit short-staffed, which seems to be the norm these days. Initially, we weren't expecting much in terms of food or service because of the host's unfriendly demeanor, but to our surprise, it turned out to be exactly the opposite! The food was fantastic, and our waitress, Kaitlyn, was exceptional. She was very attentive and had a wonderfully positive attitude!
