Firehouse Subs Surprise Village

Despite the negative comments from someone who seemed to have ulterior motives, this restaurant is fantastic! It's clean—much cleaner than a nearby place that has dust bunnies and some questionable secrets. They truly give back to the community. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, clearly treated well by the big "ex-firefighter" owner. The drink station was tidy until one person rushed in for a quick drink and left a mess behind. Great job, Surprise FHS!

We always have a wholesome experience when coming to this firehouse subs! Great food, happy, friendly employees, and a clean and comfortable place to eat both inside and out! The owner has greeted us multiple times and has even chatted about motorcycleswhen had a few moments to spare. We love what the company stands for and will continue to support this restaurant going forward.

We stopped in here for lunch and where very pleased with the food and service . We had never been there before and only stumbled on the place after entering the parking lot to go to another store. We had a turkey sub and the bread was very fresh an so we'reall the ingredients. The staff helped us with our order as we had a few things we wanted on our sandwich. A great place to havea great sub.

It was quite late lunch so almost empty I got a middle steamer it was delicious, but the meat was cold in the middle it seemed as if they had not cleaned themselves off the lunch break. not very encouraging cuz covid goes around yet. for the millionth time also the sitting area in the free was still covered in dust and left in the
