Chen Wok - Surprise

I ordered food for delivery, but they brought the wrong items—something I'm actually allergic to. When I called to resolve the issue, the girl on the phone became upset with me and told me I could either wait an hour for a replacement or take a loan. I chose to wait for another delivery. After two hours, they finally arrived with the correct food but insisted that I return the first delivery. I handed it over to the delivery person. However, when I started eating the second order, it didn't taste right. Just five minutes later, I started feeling unwell.

My husband and I have ordered the same thing the house lomein noodles and house friend rice since 2015. It's always been delicious and our favorite! They stuff the boxes full so you'll never feel like they are skimping out. Highly recommend!

I've been a fan of Chen Wok since my friend recommended it to me back in 2014. Every time I order from here, it rarely lets me down! I'm particularly fond of the lo mein and the orange chicken. For a while, I opted for the egg fried rice as well. Most of the time, I go for delivery. The lunch special offers fantastic prices, and given the generous portion sizes, it's an excellent value! I really enjoy being able to support Chen Wok!

Staff was friendly, but I didnt appreciate being charged extra for wanting half rice and half noodles with the dinner combo since it's the same price for either. The kung pao chicken was decent and so was the fried rice and noodles. The sweet and sour pork was nasty, the sauce was gelatinous and tasted weird, we tried a few pieces without the sauce but it had no flavor. The crab puff was okay but the egg roll was not good at all and mushy inside. They do not have fountain drinks and I wouldn't conder the inside very inviting.

Skip it. Seriously. No atmosphere, boring food, served in wax boxes that you spoon out yourself with your eating minifork. Enjoy it on your styro plate with your minifork 1 napkin. Oh, and note there is no soda machine. So enjoy their Costco cooler pop with no refills.
