Bonfire Craft Kitchen Tap House

I've been visiting this restaurant for about three years now. The food is excellent, and my favorite dish is the burnt ends. It's a fantastic place to dine!

The ribs here are simply the best I've ever tasted! The prices are reasonable as well. The only downside is that they don't always have them available, so it's a good idea to call ahead.

I would definitely return just for the Brisket Poutine; it was incredible! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a bit more gravy. The sampler platter with fried zucchini, pickles, and cheese curds was enjoyable, but it didn’t stand out compared to offerings from other places. My sister ordered the burnt ends and found them to be really tender with excellent seasoning – a BBQ honey with a nice kick. I opted for the Spartan Burger, which comes with cheese, green chiles, and applewood smoked bacon. I also added lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo at no extra charge. They cook your burger to your preferred doneness, and once I added the toppings, it was fantastic! I replaced the white American cheese with pepper jack, and it was a flavor explosion. While we were there, they had a karaoke night, and the singers were impressive. The service was outstanding – very attentive and helpful.

Stopped in for a quick lunch at the bar today and as always had great service, great food, and tons of drink options!

The owner/GM is a jerk used to go there regularly would bring a book to read, have a few beers, maybe a bit to eat, that 's it. One night, was sitting at the bar strangers were gathered, having fun, taking turns to buy rounds. I did. So did many others. When it was the turn of the GM/owner, he bought some drinks for some, but not all, including me. I thought that 's rude so I asked him if he made a mistake, his response NO, I don 't like you so he 's judging people, like it 's junior high school, on who can/can 't. He 's a turd don 't give your money to him, supporting his ways. Does he have the right to like/not like absolutely, but not sure if that 'freedom ' applies to business anyways, haven 't return and won 't until the GM/owner is gone. Also, I remember him 'talking down ' to the staff, especially the younger ones, in the front of the building he 's just a ****.
