Flavors - Surigao

Last night for the third time here. the place is beautiful. good customer service. eating is a little good.

We went here for dinner last night. At first glance, the place looked a bit upscale and pricey. It turned out that the prices are affordable. The place is well~kept and cozy. The sauteed four vegetables with black mushroom was good and a must~try, the vegetables cooked just right. The sweet and sour fish fillet has a good balance of both while the fish is soft enough to melt right in your mouth. I wouldn't recommend the margherita pizza, though, if you are looking for an authentic Italian margherita but it's okay for its price range and it might be the only place in town that offers this pizza variant. The service was good (there's a service charge on top of your order) and waiting time for the meals was short. Plus, all the food we ordered were served hot.

Had our lunch at this place last Otober 2016. I love the food that they offer. The place is so clean and had a minimalistic approach. They also offer an eat all you can once in a while. Worth every penny that you incur.

Golden Fried chicken was awesome. Unfortunately it took about 45 minutes to get to us and the advertised fries that came with it was not made from potato or and tuber for sure.

One star does not justify my family's experience with this restaurant, this is a negative review. We booked a reservation for a party of 40 and it was a disaster from beginning to end. Mr. Flores, the manager, handled the booking of the event and it was a failure! Nothing was prepared at 3 pm of that day for the 7 pm party. The food was undercooked and drinks weren't offered or served. The waiter/waitress didn't know what to do. There was no coordination at all. What an embarrassment to our guests. When this was brought up to Mr. Flores, he was unapologetic, As if this is what usually happens at the restaurant. We had an Awful service, inedible food, and horrendous experience at Flavors. People, do me a favor, stay away from this business!!!!
