Edit: In response to the owners question (I 'm not sure how else to do this) The broth was below par. No substance or thickness. May as well have been a chicken stock cube boiled in water. The chashu was just thinly sliced pork (not even sure if it was the belly) and hadn 't been marinated or cooked to a Japanese standard at all. There was no soft boiled egg or any bamboo shoots or bean spouts. The noodles tastes as if they were from a maggies 2 minute noodle packet. All the ramen you guys are selling is a glorified 2 minute noodle soup. Just a bunch of spring onions a little bit of pork in a hot chicken stock soup with 2 minute noodles...... and you charge $14. Plus your staff didn 't even know what tsukemen was which shows a lot about there knowledge on Japanese ramen. Poor effort, please try harder
It's always one of my favorite rays. Always love these free extra noodles to keep my belly full. Unfortunately, they can't open as much as they used to.
Very authentic Japanese ramen! One of the best in Gold Coast. Less frills in business, but fast good service and nothing but tasty rams. They also offered free noodles.
Excellent lawn and melt pork Chashu in your mouth. As good as any bowl I've ever had.
Had the original and spicy ramen, pork broth are light and easy to digest. Each bowl came with Japanese veg side dish that complement the ramen nicely. Cups, water and cutlery are self service in a corner station. Been here 6 years ago and glad to come back as we revisited Surfers Paradise. Love this joint
