This restaurant review is about one of the few Ecover refill stations in Kingston Surbiton. The reviewer has visited the establishment three times and each time was charged a different amount for the same laundry refill. When they asked for clarification, they received vague answers. Surprisingly, the refill cost was higher than buying a new bottle, which didn't make sense. The reviewer found the experience disappointing and the customer service poor. They liked the products but felt that the staff were condescending and unhappy. In an attempt to give the shop another chance, the reviewer went in to ask for advice about vitamins, but the staff member was rude and seemed argumentative. Unfortunately, this experience led the reviewer to no longer be a regular customer of the shop.
