Organic Sandwich Company - Superior

This restaurant has 2 locations one in Boulder and this one in Louisville. Reviewing this location in Louisville is like reviewing a different restaurant! This is definitely the superior location and I?m glad we tried it in spite of my underwhelmingexperience at the other location. The staff here was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The wait was longer than usual sothey offered a cookie. They also will accommodate any modifications or requests. With one of the staffs suggestions, My partnercreated a sandwich so good he said it was ?top 5 sandwiches he has ever had?. 3 people behind him ordered the exact same. (Getthe grilled prosciutto pesto sandwich and substitute turkey for the meat and add extra cheddar on top. Perfection. 10/10 willdefinitely be back to this location to try more different sandwiches!

Tasty sandwiches. Can be a little pricey. Their soups are all over the place. I've had some tasty ones and some truly disgusting ones. Their drink selection is weird and unappetizing. Their staff is accommodating but often sort of stupid. Asking fortoasted bread or for my sandwich to be grilled has often resulted in getting wilted heated lettuce when they should make thesandwich in two steps. Grilled sandwiches are really slow and if multiple people get them the line really backs up. That saidtheir grilled sandwiches are really tasty and I'm very pleased to see them adding more to the menu. Their bread is really goodand I wish the loaves were bigger and not getting smaller. They have some very unique sandwiches here and it's worth checkingout!

It is nearly impossible to find quick vegan options. Organic Sandwich company is the exception to this rule. They always have at least one vegan soup and all kinds of other vegan options sandwich and sweets alike. I also think the beverage cooler has one ofthe greatest selections I've ever seen. For the omnivores, there's also lots of tasty things here. Ethically raised meatsprepared in very delicious ways.

Love this restaurant! Three to four vegan sandwich options all of them delicious. They even have vegan cookies and vegan ice cream sandwiches. Locally owned all the employees I have interacted with have been very friendly.
