Steak 'n Shake - Sunrise

It is a real scandal that they get rid of the waiter and waiter and put themselves serving kiosks into play. the whole steak n shake atmosphere is completely gone. no more mini jukeboxes, no more American diners. it is an absolute scandal what business have done. I'm just using the drive now because I don't have to worry about going in, and they took the half of the Shake menu away, as if it had closed their own.

Unacceptable! We waited over an hour and a half for our food. First, we had to drive to the drive-thru window, where we placed our order, and then we were left waiting for another hour and a half. There was no apology or communication from the staff. Very disappointing experience!

Just now was the guy who commanded the ride thru was terrible. with his mask, he wouldn't talk loud enough to hear him. So he had a good evaluation, he didn't let that cars wait in the window for eating. also after pulling before loading and waiting came out both hamburger cold. Why did we have to wait for cold food?

It takes 35 minutes in a car thru to get 2 burgers. you better go to the davies.

This is what paying $15 an hour for fast food restaurants gets you, no more waitresses serving you your food. You have to make your own order through a Kiosk and wait for them to call your number. Go pick it up from the front counter and get your own beverage from the fountain machine. Asked for a sweet tea and was told this is all we have left. Food was good but customer service is horrible. While I was there a lady came in from the drive thru complaining that she ordered two combo meals and only had 1 ketchup package in the bag for 2 large fries. Come on Steak N Shake, TIGHTEN UP. Is this what $15 an hour gets us now????? No thanks, Don't try to fix it if it wasn't broken
