Our server Stacy was awesome and she took good care of us. They had some good nightly specials but we just decided to get our favorites from the menu. Our Entrees came out quickly. We had Loaded Nachos, which are always great, Chicken Cesar salad, and wings. They participate in Restaurant.com which is great because they have raised their prices considerably. The only bad thing about this Quarterdeck is that it is always very cold.
Food is ok. The server didn’t understand the basic. I’m allergic to onions and brought a plate covered in them anyways. What I reordered wasn’t bad but there are better ribs and wings than theirs. If they leave all the sliding doors open its hot inside. It’s easy to meet my friends there and get a variety of things so I would go back. Its was ok and things were fixed decently.
Poor service in terms of their restaurant. I think they are only good for their bar, and even that I think there are better out there. The food is only tasty if you 're really drunk and the service is worst. And don 't try complaining to the General Manager, he 'll just get snappy on you and rant on and on about how they won 't make money if they actually redeem gift certificates along with Kids Eat Free on Tuesday deals. And here I thought gift certificates were just like cash! It 's no wonder the waiter 's attitudes/service is bad, it all stems from the General Manager 's attitude.
