Mcdonald's - Sunrise

I don't typically write reviews for fast food chains, but I felt compelled to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from Joey, the cashier at this location. He consistently demonstrates kindness and provides efficient service, earning a well-deserved 5 stars!

This establishment doesn't deserve any stars, but I had to select at least one in order to post my review. First of all, before you can enter, the doors are locked, and you have to wait for someone to let you in. My son and friend went inside to place their orders, and the cashier was very rude; she overlooked them and then rushed them while they were trying to order. After placing their orders, they were unceremoniously asked to wait outside, as if they were dogs, and then the doors were locked behind them. This behavior was extremely rude and felt racist. However, other patrons of a different race were allowed to sit down as soon as they placed their orders. The manager was also very unfriendly, and the cashier was even worse. I will be contacting corporate and writing a detailed letter about my experience. This treatment is unacceptable, and I will no longer be supporting this franchise. I hope others reconsider patronizing this place if they are being treated this way as well.

Love how fast they move in the morning thru the drive through. Makes stopping for breakfast easy. And we absolutely love Garfield who works the drive through. I don't care what kind of day you're having he can put a smile on your face.

This was one of the cleanest McDonald's I've EVER been in, it was busy, and everyone on the staff knew their role and played it perfectly, speed of service was quick, but more to the point it was made correctly, and was cooked to order! I was waitedon by the staff trainer, and she was AMAZING. friendly, nice, happy, if I was still in the fast food industry, I would'veattempted to steal her for my restaurants, even the manager was hard at work, coaching the staff, nott yelling at them, itwas a great thing to see, I'll definitely go back to this location!

I checked my takeout bag and saw that my order was correct. When I got home, however, I discovered that the fries and chicken nuggets were both overcooked. The fries were also lacking any salt. It seems like the cook wasn’t paying attention, allowing subpar food to be served to customers.
