Domino's Pizza - Sunrise

Bad rude personal attention and an order placed at 6:24 at 7:00 pm they had not started preparing it and the party of your employee was just it is raining and wait there is nothing else to do

Terrible customer service! On October 18, 2022, at 10 PM, we visited this restaurant for the first time. The staff member on duty instructed us to place our order online since he was alone and it was late. He even suggested that if we had any trouble with the process, we should just go somewhere else! We will never return to this establishment. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers this way, and he certainly doesn’t deserve to work for a reputable company.

I ordered pizza for my daughter's basketball team, but the school says it was never delivered. Meanwhile, the store supervisor, Brian, insists that it was. The instructions were to leave the pizzas on the office table. According to Brian, since COVID, Domino's has stopped putting labels on the boxes. So I'm left to assume the pizzas were dropped off without identification at a SCHOOL? Now nobody knows where the pizzas are! The girls' basketball team ended up without any food. Thanks for nothing! No pizza and money wasted!

The green peppers typing was missing and when I mentioned it the solution offered was to just give it to me in the side. The purpose of putting toppings on the pizza is so they cook with it and add flavor not uncooked like a salad. ????

This restaurant is fantastic! I really appreciate the staff here. The delivery drivers are excellent, and the in-store employees are always cheerful and incredibly friendly. Plus, they have great taste in music! I would absolutely give it a 10/10 recommendation. Yes, it's just Domino's, but this location stands out as exceptional.
