How can you not have rice ready? And take you minutes to make some during dinner hours. Very disappointing

I haven't been for years and it was disappointing. The food was very mediocre, and more expensive than I remembered. Tempura green beans were ok, though a bit greasy, Buddha's feast sauce was thick, and the veggies were closer to raw state than stir fry cooked, the veggies spring rolls were deep fried probably did not read the menu closely enough and also greasy like the tempura green beans. Brussel sprouts were pretty good

P.F. Chang's refused to honor our OpenTable reservation, even when I showed the hostess the reservation confirmation email on my phone. She mumbled about how they weren't taking OpenTable reservations because they were busy, but at no point did I receive a cancellation or rejection email, from OpenTable or P.F. Chang's. This was an extremely frustrating dining experience, as we were meeting a friend from out of town, and had to make new plans on January with many restaurants closed for the holiday on the spot, in the cold
