Chick-fil-a - Sunnyvale

I really enjoy dining at this Chick-fil-A location, however, I have had negative experiences when dealing with Emily D. at the register. She has consistently charged me for water and ice, something that no other staff member has done during my multiple visits. In addition, her attitude has been extremely rude. It would be better for her to work in a position where she does not have to interact with customers if she cannot provide friendly service.

Recently, the service at this restaurant has declined. The other day, we ordered a large fry and received a medium instead. And today, they asked us about dressing but didn't give it to us. They need to improve their service! Type of service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price range: $10-20 per person

I ordered the pimento cheese and jalapeno chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and tough, and the pimento cheese was too watery and there wasn't enough of it on the sandwich. I won't be ordering this sandwich again. Additionally, the fried potatoes were cold and undercooked. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.
