The taste still fine...the service keep 90% satisfied...except the staff at the Tanjung Tokong Penang...they service a bit bad...no smell ..shows sour face n not friendly.thank you

Spacious place, same KFC quality expected. Added bonus as its located inside a shopping mall.

Great interior but the air cond is slightly off. Probably just another day.. The service system is not the efficient, The Management should look into it...

The fried chicken is similiar like other franchise. just that they are not updated with latest promo. We visit for the Turn Up Your Tuesday Promo but the attendant was unaware of this promo. after he verified with the manager then they approved our claim.

A lot of customers but only one counter open. A lot of dining table in mess. Worker take time to clean up, but customer need to change the mentality as well. Clean up your own mess after you eat. It will make the situations much better
