Q. Quality Sundsvall

There was some confusion with the menu at the restaurant, but overall it was a fun experience. Otherwise, it is a very lively place with very friendly staff. Overall, a good experience.

The evening was cozy, with excellent service and both the food and service were very satisfying. Unfortunately, the price for the Finnish dish was a bit high at 200 DKK. There were multiple dishes to choose from and the option to choose from 3 different salad dressings was a nice touch.

Short walk from the center. a little dated and a fairly simple breakfast, but overall quite satisfied. large service of staff, room extremely clean.

The staff who was in service on 24th august 2022 at the late afternoon at the reception was really unfriendly and we did not feel welcome when we bothered him while eating something. I'm sorry it bothers. the bartender was also simply unfriendly and super-arrogant. no idea why.

I'm sorry, but that was disappointing. for 1130dkk per night I would expect more quality in the actual thing. the rooms are in order, but someone should better check the quality of their breakfasts, and a few small details clearly gave the message that there is everything to save money here.
