Vachan - Sunderland

I have visited this restaurant several times and the overall food quality is decent, except for the chicken which is terrible and brings down the whole experience. This is a similar problem to what was experienced at the previously named Vuchan restaurant. There are two better Indian restaurants in the SR3 area.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and it has always been a great experience. I usually order the jalfrezi or balti with plain rice and a well-done garlic naan bread. The starters are always delicious as well.

The food was awful and the customer service was even worse. I will never order from there again and I do not recommend this place at all.

Meal for 2 £19.50 with delivery. 5 courses each! The special kebab for starter was amazeballs and the dopiaza best we've had in sunderland.

Ordered from Vachan for the first time and got it delivered. Driver was very courteous. Food was delicious. Will definitely order again.
