Burger King - Sunderland

It is in order, not the best of places toilets are absolutely ming, although need cleaning. cashiers are slow and always talk when you don't offer customers a good start. the tables and chairs are very low and not suitable for higher people. would not recommend this place.

Fast eating, but rolls almost always stale and crispy, coffee tastes like machine needs cleaning. employees and management laugh and show each other things on phones, while customers queued. poor.

Don't get the meals from here large chips are small chips at macdonalds I warned you first. If you go inside, you have to pour your own drink as well so pick cheapest drink, then fill with one you want. Won't be back at all. Everything is small size and prices ridiculous

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though the restaurant was busy, I received my order within just a few minutes. However, my burger was overly crispy—almost burnt, to be honest. It was quite disappointing. I tried to speak with a manager, but no one seemed willing to help. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and I won't be coming back.

Food was not very nice not worth the price but place is disgusting seats are riped to bits and basically destroyed floor and ledges are full of old food! Rating would improve if it even looked like even a bit of effort had gone into cleaning the place! I have been to service station burger kings and they are so much nicer, nicer food and way cleaner. Don't know how it has a hygiene rating of 5!
