Parking: Not many available in either the designated spots or in the court on weekdays due to factories. Better on the weekend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Popped into sunbury for some errands found this little gem hidden away, what a pleasant surprise, great coffee and the most perfectly poached eggs. 10 outta 10
