Ball Court - Sunbury

The new owners have reduced the menu and increased the price. very limited options and can never get the order correctly. no specials and no options means no more

The ball court has recently been taken over by a company that 300 kneipen over the east coast of (the waitress advised.) unfortunately has led to it enchanting its charm. Previously, many local beers have on tap and interesting menu points. now only a standardized affair very fundamental.

We ordered pizza, steak and a parma take them away and we thought the worth for and taste was great. there were plentiful beats on the pizza and we came to our dining table still hot and as good as it would be when we dip. Thanks ball court and compliments to the cook!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and experience at the Ball Court Hotel. A group of ten of us came for dinner, with the last member arriving at 6:00pm. They ordered a steak and finished their meal before the rest of us had even been served. Our mains finally arrived almost two hours later, after watching other diners who arrived after us finish their meals. My penne pasta was served cold and uncooked, which is unacceptable. We waited until 8:00pm for our desserts, only to wait another two and a half hours for them to arrive at 8:30pm. The staff's lack of attention and time management was disappointing.

I ordered a Reserve Shiraz at this restaurant, but unfortunately it seemed to have been opened too long or stored improperly. The Shiraz had a very vinegary taste and did not resemble a typical Shiraz at all. When I mentioned this to the staff, they insisted that it was meant to taste that way and needed time to open up. However, the longer I waited, the more vinegary it became. The bar staff were extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, they served a friend of mine who ordered mineral water a bottle instead of a glass. The cheese plate we ordered also disappointed me as the cheese was served straight out of the fridge without being allowed to rest first.
