Carl's Jr. - Sun Valley

The burger was like any burger. The fries tho, HORRIBLE. They were stale, cold, and so limp. Like they were hours old.

The forgot to add the cheese, there was more lettuce than guacamole, very poorly made Im so disappointed, the cheesecake pie was more like mashed pie, one long bacon strip its hot like the picture, corporate needs to go visit this branch a find out why they not doing their best

Every time I order from this specific location, I ask for an extra patty on my burger but never receive it. It is a consistent issue that has happened without fail.

All the dishes were delicious and prepared as ordered. They were delivered promptly and hot.

The restaurant was cold and hardly had any fries.
