The guy who I assume was the manager kept giving us disapproving looks and hovered over the woman at the counter while she took our order. Typically, when I order food, it comes without an attitude, but that wasn't the case here. I won’t be returning.
I never received my food. The app said it was delivered to my room, but I waited at the front entrance for the delivery and my friend was in the room the whole time. No one came to the room or through the entrance. When I called the restaurant, they claimed that the driver knocked on my door, but that clearly didn’t happen since they would have had to pass me to get to the room. I would not recommend this place.
I was quite disappointed with the service I received today. When I placed my order over the phone, the process was entirely automated, and I wasn't able to speak to anyone, which left me uncertain whether my order had gone through. Upon arriving at the store, I discovered that my order had, in fact, not gone through at all. I had to place my order again and then waited 25 minutes for it to be prepared. When my order finally arrived, the pizzas were burnt, and the hot chicken wings were the wrong kind. I noticed that there were seven employees working, yet no one was answering the phone during my visit. In fact, one employee was explicitly instructed not to answer calls. It’s disheartening to see a once-great business declining like this.
So, I currently work here it 's delicious. Fun team, very nice manager. My issue is with who owns the franchise. I 'm sorry but after being hurt for the fourth time I 'm no longer going to be quiet. Daily pay is the absolute worst option. I barely used itand the amount they take out is insane. The app doesn 't show your current balance. They take out way too much in taxes, even ifyou select minium tax option. They always select highest. They don 't care when they make a mistake. Daily pay customer serviceis a joke. Good luck calling them. Almost always a hour long or more hold time just for them to hang up on you. I hate that Iwas forced to use such a awful app. I tried cancelling daily pay. Believe me it doesn 't work. Direct deposit also does not workunless you have daily pay active. The final earnings they almost always take out 200 for taxes and the reminder? They taxthat too. Good luck trying to pay bills off of this app. I 'm in the process of moving because I can 't afford my rent. My word ofadvice? Don 't work for a company that has daily pay. Seriously. They are the biggest scam in history. This is the 4th time I 'vebeen effed over, I 'll admit I used it this time only because my last paycheck they conveniently lost because my account wasinactive because I tried not taking my tips for two weeks. They pretty much locked my account. So user beware. If you get it,and don 't use it, they WILL inconvenience you. And if you use it, they take what they want as compensation. Pizzas awesome,again fun place to work. Just horrible program. If you want a good app, they should have gone with dayforce. There my two centsare in. Best of luck to all
THIS LOCATION ALWAYS finds a way to mess up our orders. We haven 't ordered here in a very long time because the experience is unbelievably dog water. Today, I ordered carry out...got my pizzas, got home and my girlfriend noticed they forgot the PhillySteak on her pizza...I called the stored and politely asked if there were anything they could do to try making it right. Themanager stated he could remake the pizza and I said sure I 'll be right there (takes me about 10 minutes to drive there) I showup, manager sincerely apologizes and I tell him it 's all good I just wanted the pizza corrected. A few minutes later a differentemployee hands me my pizza and I open up the box to see it 's incorrect...again. He asks Sir is everything ok? I said yea butthis pizza needed to be Brooklyn style crust.... At this point I 'm over it because I 'm already displeased and don 't want to sitthere for another 10 plus minutes waiting for my pizza to cook again, ive already wasted about 35-40 minutes driving to and fromthis place.....I get home and my girlfriend notices they missed putting on jalapeños.....like how unreal is this??? How can youmess up an order twice!! You try to make it right and fail miserably... It 's a pizza with 3 toppings....it 's not rocket science.I call back YET AGAIN, incredibly displeased stating how we stopped going here because everytime we did somehow our order wouldget screwed up and here we are again in the same predicament....this location has ZERO idea what they are doing...attention todetail is an absolute dumpster fire and I will NEVER order from this location again...I was told I 'd be getting a $25 giftcard sent to my phone or something but I have extreme doubts that will ever come...I highly suggest someone from corporate takeaction on correcting this places procedures and attention to detail...words can 't describe how displeased we are with thislocation. Next time we 'll go with Anna 's pizza next door to help out a local company. I hate t
