Mantles Restaurant & Lounge - SUN PEAKS

We had the Penne and Butter Chicken, both were excellent. The outdoor patio was a great atmosphere and our experience was made even better by our fantastic server Emily.

This restaurant is in part of the vast Sun Peaks Grand Hotel complex. Its on the ground floor at the front of the building and serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Its definitely very convenient if you're staying at the hotel and it is smart and comfortable.The staff were very friendly, our waiter was a fellow Brit and the service professional and attentive without being pushy.My daughter had chicken noodles while I had stir fry beef together with a jack Daniels for me and a strongbow cider for my daughter. All very good, clean plates all round and left enough room for chocolate mouse to finish.Total bill came to C$72.74 prior to a tip being added, which in hindsight seems a little on the high side.

One of the servers Anna pointed me in the right direction on what craft beer to drink and she picked a good one! The food we had was pretty good as well. Everything was good on our end except it was a little pricey.

It was a pleasure eating at mantles this week. Was served by ainsley and will be back hoping to be pleased again this week. Summer salad very good.

Had a great meal/dining experience at mantles. Prices seemed a bit steep at first but when the food came it was clearly well worth it. Ainsley did a fantastic job managing to top my beer and my wife's mojitos while running around to her other tables who kept her very busy. She had a ton of knowledge on the food and also about the hill. The green curry was amazing as said it was going to be. Nice to have good food, yummy drinks and awesome service from a nice young local. Until next time! Thanks ainsley
