Cottonwood Grill - Sun Lakes

I cannot express enough my gratitude to the management for the soup, hot chocolate, and fireworks last night. The festivities were fantastic and enjoyable. It was great to see all phases of Sun Lakes coming together to celebrate. Having lived in both Cottonwood and Sun Lakes Country Club for over 38 years, my wife and I have found senior living here to be unparalleled. Thank you, E.J. Robson, for developing this community. Unfortunately, not all phases of our community are functioning smoothly. Phase #1, Sun Lakes Country Club, is in turmoil due to poor management. As homeowners, it seems we have little say in how things are operated, with employees having more influence. It is imperative to remove the current board and management from their duties. When homeowners voice concerns, we are instructed to fill out comment cards. I have done so and am awaiting a response, but I have heard from many others that their issues have been dismissed without resolution.

I had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant today. I ordered a hamburger steak with eggs over easy, hash browns, and sourdough toast. I requested the hash browns extra crispy and they were cooked perfectly. The eggs were done just right and my steak was cooked to a medium as I had asked. My wife's mushroom and ham omelette was also delicious. The kitchen deserves great praise for their cooking skills. The service we received was excellent as well.

Prime rib was well prepared and delicious. Service staff was courteous and efficient, quick with a smile and friendly dialogue. Wonderful dining experience!

NICE THING IS THE FACT THAT YOU INCLUDED ALL OF THE PHASES OF SUN LAKES TO JOIN IN THE CELEBRATION. I'VE LIVED IN BOTH COTTONWOOD AND SUN LAKES COUNTRY CLUB OVER 38 YEARS. MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD A HOME HERE , THE IDEA OF SENIOR LIVING IS UNMATCHED IN OUR MINDS . THANK YOU E.J.ROBSON FOR DEVELOPING THIS COMMUNITY. UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL PHASES OF OUR COMMUNITY ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY. PHASE #1, SUN LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ARE IN TERMOIL. POOR MANAGEMENT I BELIEVE IS THE PROBLEM. AS HOMEOWNERS WE SEEM TO HAVE NO SAY IN HOW THINGS ARE RUN. EMPLOYEES HAVE MORE TO SAY THAN HOMEOWNERS. WE NEED TO RID THE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT OF THEIR DUTIES. IF HOMEOWNERS HAVE A COMPLAINT WE ARE TOLD TO FILL OUT A COMMENT CARD ABOUT THE ISSUES WE HAVE. I HAVE DONE THAT AND ARE WAITING THEIR RESPONSE. BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MANY PEOPLE COMMENT CARDS HAVE BEEN FILLED OUT AND ISSUES ARE DISMISSED AND NOT ADDRESSED.

Very friendly staff and customers. Food was hot and tasty. Great place to relax and have a cold one.
