Starbucks - Sun City

I was just there and had my peppermint mocha spill all over my car.. went in to get napkins because God forbid any one to come to window and let them know to make sure lids were on tight and told what just happened..they didn't care!

This Starbucks is a hit or miss as far as the drinks and customer service goes. Sometimes I'm so happy that I visited this one and the drinks are great, other times the customer service is mediocre at best and the drinks are terrible. I wish they had a recipe that they were to follow unless otherwise told by the customer. The fraps (sp?)are not consistent. I didn't leave any star for food because I have never eaten there.

I ordered a cold brew with extra almond milk and toffee nut and they gave me the cold brew with nothing in it worst experience ever to make it right they didn't remake it they simply gave me almond milk and that was it!!! There picture is after adding a little milk and there is no sweetener whatsoever. I won't be back to this location!!!

Good coffee and I'm a big fan of the green tea, but the service seems to be lacking. It's no where near what it used to be. They have been hiring I just hope that the lack of feeling appreciated for being a customer instead of feeling that no one cares about you can change to a more positive experience and not so negative.

We had such a helpful and polite cashier/barista. This is a crazy busy store but the crew remained calm and were very effective.
