Premier Shafran - Sumy

I thought for a long time whether to write a review...but fate decided it! Since on 20.08.2023 a request was received from the official Premier website! And let me tell you like this: We arrived at the Shafran Hotel around 11:00 p.m. (08/03/2023 08/04/2023 , it was already evening, and we were met by a male administrator who offered us a suite room for UAH 1,500 instead of my booked room! My wife and I quickly agreed to this offer as it is a luxury ! After he opened the room, we went in and settled in, he left and said that he would bring towels and slippers although they should have already been there!!! Then we saw that the room was not ready at all! There were no slippers, and the bed was completely wrinkled, and the most important thing we did not expect from the Premier hotel chain was that the bed was covered in blood and snot!!!!! My wife took a picture of the photo evidence and kept it!! So I can send more! But that was not the end of the story After that I had to go down and look for the administrator again because the phone did not work in my number 208! After the expressed complaints, he quickly offered our other suite, but the situation with not fresh bedding in the room opposite turned out to be the same!!! This is simply horror and a big minus of the Shafran hotel and a blow to the reputation of the Premier hotel chain! After that, he opened the utility room next to my number 208 and started looking for a new bed there to make us, since there were no bed sheets in the hotel at that time and I personally saw them when I went to breakfast breakfast is another story : And so he came to our house again and began to remove the bed with snot and change the pillowcases, and then my wife began to help him and said that she would do everything herself from now on because she was not happy that the administrator's husband was doing this to her eyes! In short, it doesn't even smell like a suite there, maybe it was once, but it was once....I'm not talking about the dripping faucet in the shower bathroom! And we are already silent about the hole in the new bed linen! And so, after breakfast in the morning, I met a blonde administrator at a table on the street who apologized profusely for yesterday's incident! I had no words and no desire to communicate with her! Breakfast for this hotel is very modest or stingy, call it what you want an omelet with sausage or anchovies and a Greek salad about 150 grams! Ah, coffee and tea! In principle, this was the end of our adventures and we went to the city by taxi, leaving our car in the hotel parking lot P.S. We did not leave tips P.P.S. All my words can be checked by visiting this number 208 and picking up the recordings from the cameras if they are still available! P.P.P.S. Please understand this situation! Finally put things in order at the Saffron Hotel and get my money back for a ruined vacation, as snot and dried blood should not be in Premier Hotels!

I have long dreamed of getting into this hotel. Got there and did not regret it.

Everything is fine, except for not too warm batteries. The air conditioning system for heating did not work, I slept under two blankets.

I won’t order anymore, I’m coming for the second time and it’s cold in the room 13 degrees, I didn’t even take off my winter jacket, the first time I slept dressed, I didn’t go to the shower all the more. Today, 10.01.22, a month after the first visit, I asked why it was so cold in the room, they said that today the heating was repaired and it will be warm, 4 hours have passed and it’s still cold and I’m resting in a jacket, the batteries, as they were barely warm, remained, and the air conditioner is buzzing all night long 30 degrees of warmth, but there is no sense from it. I asked for a heater, they gave a fan heater, which also buzzed all night, in general I don’t recommend staying here
