The roof of the teapot building was weak and is uncertain (but it is renovated! . The museum has over 5,000 tea pots, all collected by the late Julian Boland. The current owner is so friendly and happy to give tours. Once it is officially opened, they will serve tea, coffee, pastries, etc. In any case it is worth stopping and checking.
Oddly enough, I totally enjoyed myself! A so sweet host and guide! We enjoyed checking out all the tea pots. 5000 is a lot of teapot. The tea was delicious along with the scorpses and delicious mini pastries. We're coming back!
Unique, different, everywhere, really interesting. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the family members with Mr.Boland. He started the collection a long time ago. He died since. I couldn't imagine inheriting all these tea pots!! After I walk from space to space, I see the amount of time and history in such a hobby. His wife is definitely blessed with patience. She is an amazing woman and so friendly and friendly. The whole family is kind. I think new owners are now taking care of his collection. You have to see this for yourself, there's really nothing like that. I love it!
Gave the gift of High Tea to my 88 year old mother and a friend for Christmas 2019. It was enjoyed by all. Bittersweet memories of Doc Boland while there!
This was a great place to visit. We visited it a few years ago. But saidly it is closed and all the teapots gone. It is now a vacuum cleaner store. Phone number out of service. Had to call another business to find out. June 2020
