Przekaż informację zwrotnąI gave this place four tries and decided I never go back. her chicken sandwich is never filled more than half the bungalows and 3x was so dried out along with the bungalow they could say that it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. their burgers had no taste for me, which is so ever. their pulled pork sandwich is a good taste, but they will probably dry it out and hard of being under a heat lamp.
Check their burgers for meat. I ordered a cheeseburger who brought him home twice to find no bark.
I am disappointed in the way wards in Sumrall has turned out
The absolute WORST experience I’ve had at any restaurant. We pulled up to the speaker and the lady starts taking our order. Before we could even say the next thing we wanted she would cut me off and say “is that all” EVERY SINGLE TIME. When we were taking to long for her due to looking at the menu to see what we could get the kids so she just blurted out the total. So we go to the window and inform her that we were not done ordering and she asks “ok what you want” I informed her of what we wanted and let her know that it seems to customers that she is trying to just get them out of the way when you act like that and it was very rude. She stated “well y’all must have had a bad Christmas. That’s just how we are trained.” Needless to say, we love wards but will definitely drive somewhere else to avoid the horrible customer service. And to the young lady that would not release her name, it is okay to be fast. In fact it is great to be fast, but please take a moment with your customers. Customer service is key.
I like Wards in general, but the one in Sumrall is not good. The service is always slow and the burgers are greasy. The fries are often cold and stale. However, the breakfast is consistently good. I never had a bad breakfast there. The lunch and dinner options are disappointing. I only continue to go there because of my kids. They need to learn from the Wards in Hattiesburg.
