Subway - Sumner

Very bad customer service, the lady at the front told me why didn't I ask her before I used thier restrooms, I told her AM going to buy a sandwich is it really necessary to ask permission to use restrooms?I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Staff got attitude problem.

Very bad service lady is working here have no sense ???

I've been a long time customer and today they gave my sandwich away to someone else and I came in to pick it up and they said that it's gone and I would need to pay again to get another one made. I showed them my order confirmation and payment confirmation and they said there is nothing that can be done. I tried to talk to someone in charge but they wouldn't talk to me so it looks like they've lost our company as a customer. We had about 10 people getting lunch there consistently.

The hispac lady is very rude. I had to go out of the store because of her. I only asked her to change the gloves and was thowing insults at me.Monday 1st jenuary at 12:20 pm.
