Kfc - Summit

I ordered a two-piece meal with wings and breast, but instead received a large wing and a thigh, with no breast at all. The entire experience was disappointing. The service was terrible, and overall, it was not a good experience.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this restaurant. I requested a refund for a $50 order because everything we received was burnt. When I explained that we lived in Pleasant Hill and couldn’t return to Lee's Summit, he refused to issue a refund. He even hung up on me and my mother when we called to follow up. This manager clearly lacks maturity and professionalism. They should hire someone who truly understands how to provide proper customer service.

Kentucky fried huh I am lees climax was terrible, the place was evil and very dirty. the tables were dirty and a table had about a thousand ants crawling around. I informed the manager and he came out, wipe the table with a towel carrying the same dirty plastic gloves he wore to take my order. I will never, ever come back here again or other kentucky peaceful chicken farms.

I gave this place a second chance to redeem myself, but they left me still down I ordered 2 upper legs I got a upper leg and one at it. I went around 9 o'clock and the hem must have been eating all day because it was dry and it was hard I the hem this will last time when I visited this place and it did not help that the person who helped me!

Orderes Original.chicken. it was hard and greasy. Biscuits were hard. Coleslaw was awesome. Potatoes watery. Gravy good.
