Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe encountered quite a few issues during our visit. It seems that most people use this restaurant as a way to reserve seats for specific times. When we arrived, we were informed that we had no reservation—apparently, our call ahead was just a polite formality. This meant that everyone who arrived before us was seated first, and we ended up waiting 40 minutes past the time we thought we had a reservation for. On another note, the manager was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the concerns of his customers. When we confronted him about the misleading advertising regarding reservations, he displayed complete ignorance of the situation. Once we were finally seated, the environment was extremely loud, and the grill counter was dirty, covered in food debris and sticky substances from previous customers. The silverware was not clean; there were remnants of food still stuck on it, and it took a long time to receive new utensils. When our drinks arrived, we noticed we were missing two of them, which took another 10 minutes to resolve. Now, onto the soup. It arrived hot, but it was just broth with a gelatinous piece and no mushrooms, despite the menu stating it should contain mushrooms. As for the salad, it was drenched in dressing and completely soggy, with most of the greens turning brown and looking inedible. While I was examining my salad, I noticed a drip from the vent hood landing on my plate. It was appalling to think how long that old oil had been collecting there. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress and the manager, the waitress was understandably mortified, while the manager seemed unconcerned, suggesting they would "just change the drip pan." Our response was that health authorities would need to be notified, but he didn’t seem to take that seriously. A moment later, a staff member came over with a dirty step stool overflowing with a stinky pan full of grease, drenching the grill cooktop. All of us were left in shock at how little the staff appeared to care about such significant health risks!
The food was delicious, and our chef was both excellent and entertaining.
Call ahead doesn’t really mean anything but I kind of knew that. The worst part was once we were seated, we saw NO ONE for almost 20 min and the only reason we saw someone at that point was because they table next to us got seated and immediately someone was taking their drink orders and we got that servers attention and asked why we hadn’t been helped. She said she would go find out. It was another 4 or 5 min before our server finally came out and said it wasn’t her fault and had a TERRIBLE attitude about it. Because we were a group of 6, the gratuity had already been added or I wouldn’t have left our server anything because we saw her a total of 3 times during our hour long meal. We were all out of our drinks at one point and she said she would be right back and came back 5 min later, no apology no nothing, just a bad attitude. It ruined our sons birthday dinner unfortunately.
This was my first time dining here and it was fantastic. People were so friendly and they made you feel so welcomed. I enjoyed everything about it.
It wasn’t good nor was it bad but for expensive as it is and what you get is a large plate of bland rice not worth it... they charge $15.95 for a kids plate.... crazy
