The entire thing was swimming in sour cream, and 4. The chips were infinitely soggy. Additionally, the Cinnaboniced coffee was like dirty dishwater Could barely tell it was supposed to be coffee. Needless to say it all went to the trashas it was all completely inedible. Oh and this was at 11 pm and the first thing the guy said to me was they were closing in 5minutes so couldn't even go back to try to get stuff fixed don't know why they were closing early but that's what he said.Avoid this Taco Bell!
This Taco Bell has been consistently disappointing. For several months now, whenever I order ahead and choose the drive-thru option, I'm told that I need to come inside to pick up my food. If I try to place an order at the drive-thru, I'm met with excuses about issues that prevent them from taking my order, forcing me to go inside. Once there, I'm often left to order at the kiosk because the staff just ignore me instead of taking my order. It’s frustrating to see one or two people working while the rest lounge in the back, chatting on their phones and smoking e-cigarettes. I had hoped this poor service was only a temporary situation, but it seems there’s no improvement in sight. I won't be returning. It's such a shame because this Taco Bell used to be the best.
I've come to understand that it's hard to expect good service or a warm atmosphere nowadays. I always make an effort to be friendly to fast food workers because I know their jobs can be tough. However, it's disappointing when I smile, thank them, and wish them a good day, only to be met with silence. They simply hand over my food and turn away without acknowledging me.
I ordered the largest nacho fries box because I’m at home with three kids. Unfortunately, it seemed like they just tossed whatever they had on hand into the bag. I didn’t receive my burrito or chalupa, got the wrong drink, and instead ended up with two hard tacos, two nacho fries, and the incorrect frozen drink. If you’re out of a certain drink, it would be nice to let the customer know or at least offer a different soda as a substitute. Also, if making a burrito without beans is too much effort, it would be better to just give a regular one instead of leaving it out entirely. The management should recognize the number of refunds being issued—it must affect their numbers in some way. I understand it’s fast food, but a little more effort would go a long way. I won’t be ordering from this location again. They’re also known for running out of basic items like beef and chicken by Sunday. Those sealed bags are meant to maintain food quality, not to cover for poor service.
CONSISTENTLY pretty damn perfect. They get it right more often than not and that?s ultra rare these days. Everyone there is always super polite, too! It?s easy to get on here and post the bad, but this location has it together and, honestly, I?ve beenmeaning to write this for months. I?ll call corporate here shortly, as well, and let them know. Good job, yall!
