Starbucks - Summerville

I ordered an impossible sausage due to the fact that I don’t eat meat products and got a regular sausage sandwich. Not even offered a refund.

Absolutely reported to Starbucks CS. Ordered an impossible sandwich as I have not eaten meat in 7 years and they handed me a bag that had the impossible sandwich sticker on it, but a real sausage egg and cheese sandwich inside. I ONLY knew it wasn't the impossible because I have had the impossible before and knew that this bread was different.....on top of the fact I'm driving 22 hrs and have my dogs in the car, I had to inside for them to correct this, the reason why I chose Starbucks in the first place is because I trusted them and I can't go into a place due to my dog.

I ordered the same venti frapp I always do and it was $12 here but everywhere else in the area it’s $7….so make sure to check how they charge you for stuff.

I went to buy my favorite drink and Gaby was super nice and sweet. She offered me advice on how to make my drink taste even better. She was right! It was delicious! She made me feel special! Thank you Gaby!

I order the same drink at every Starbucks location and this location somehow makes it different every time. Sometimes its too sweet sometimes its not sweet at all. Today it tastes like theres no caramel syrup, just espresso, milk, and ice. The employees are fantastic, super energetic, and kind. I just wish they’d all follow the same recipe so I can enjoy my caramel frappe.
