Starbucks - Summerville

Tatyanna was amazing as she was running the store by herself. You'd think she's been doing this her whole life by how easy she makes it look, all while also carrying on conversations with her customers. On top of that, the coffee tastes amazing! She definitely deserves recognition a raise!!

I've visited this location a couple times and it's literally hit or miss. Sometimes my drink is pretty good, other times it seems to lack the espresso or coffee taste that I enjoy and basically tastes like steamed milk with a hint of espresso. I pay extra every time to add an additional espresso shot however it's still not strong enough. The ratio of espresso to milk in the milk based drinks is not the same as it was when I lived in the Seattle area resulting in drinks that lack the espresso taste. I rarely order anymore and basically purchase espresso roast at home. The wait time to order drinks is usually ok with a couple of exceptions. Overall you will need to add additional espresso if you want to taste coffee/espresso flavor in your latte. FYI.

The past two times I’ve gotten a pumpkin chai, it has tasted like pumpkin for 1/4 of the drink and the rest has tasted like straight milk. It’s frustrating because it’s a $7 dollar drink… it shouldn’t taste like iced milk.

The Starbucks in Harris Teeter in Sawmill Village is less than... Far too many times, they will be out of what I'm wanting. Whether is chai, raspberry/strawberry cup lids, caramel, or breakfast sandwiches, it's always something. It makes it very frustrating first thing in the morning when in need of more coffee or a breakfast sandwich... more could be done for sure!

Please remember some Harris teeter have small starbucks. It nearest to my home and always order there. Good drinks and similar to starbucks shop. No problem at all.
