Panera Bread - Summerville

No drink lids, my girlfriend didn't even get her drink that she paid extra for, my sandwich was practically empty and cold , no tea in the dispenser, I don't write reviews but this place needs fixing.

Terrible experience today with online ordering with window pickup.First it took the order over 30 minutes to be ready (just 5 items)When it was handed to me, I went home and realized then half the order was missing and what I had was cold.Went back and they forgot to give me the other half. Didn't apologize, gave me the second half and turned around and ignored me.Customer service training is highly required.

The young lady assisting me on 6/19/23 was amazing. The chicken and wild rice soup was mediocre at best. They ran out off large containers for the soup. Felt cheating with two smaller containers. The bread is always delicious.

Asked for pick 2. Flat bread with apple and soup. Checked order got a full flat bread order(1/2 order not an option) no apple and bread instead. Charged for a full soup order. New staff. Flatbread was cold. Also staff member did not credit my Panera membership.

Given the time they take to make one simple thing, it should not take 30 minutes. The prices are also crazy given the quality of service and food at this location.
