O'charley's Restaurant Bar

For our main courses, we ordered chicken tenders, Cajun shrimp pasta, and a club sandwich. We waited a long time for our food, and during that time, we hardly saw our waitress. When the chicken tenders finally arrived, they looked dark and were extremely hard—too tough for the kids to eat. The Cajun pasta was also disappointing: it was cold in the center and covered in an excessive amount of seasoning. The club sandwich was mediocre at best. It seemed like all the food had been sitting under a warmer for quite a while, as the cheese on the club was curled and transparent at the edges. Throughout our meal, our waitress did not clear any items from our cluttered table, and we had to ask for drink refills multiple times. Our total bill came to $60, and we felt that the food was unappealing and the service was lacking. I will not be returning to O’Charleys.

I returned after a three-year break and was really disappointed to see that they have removed my favorite flavored tea and discontinued Free Pie Wednesday. The complimentary rolls arrived just before our entrées, but the waitress mentioned we hadn’t asked for them, even though she brought them anyway. Now we have to request them? The restaurant was empty, and we experienced a long wait. The portion sizes are small for the price. My medium steak came out well done, so I had to wait for another one. Although the second steak was cooked properly, it was flavorless. Even the ketchup bottle at our table was empty! At least the seats were comfortable. Our waitress, Taylor, did her best, but this place feels like it's going downhill. It's time to find a new restaurant.

Wow, I can't believe I’ve never tried this place in my 40 years! It was fantastic. I ordered the seafood combo platter, and it was delicious—fish, shrimp, crab cakes, along with fries and coleslaw. I will definitely be returning. Additionally, they have a special Purple Heart parking area, which is something you don’t see everywhere. When you enter, there’s a table set up to honor soldiers who are missing in action. As a veteran, I truly appreciated the support for our troops. Thank you, O'Charley's!

Had a large party for lunch, they allowed us to call ahead so the there was no wait time. The waitress was fun and friendly and handled the party very well. The food was pretty good and came out really quickly.

My food was disgusting, I was suppose to get honey bbq and I just got pure honey. My food was old and cold. There was a container with sour cream in my box with no lid and got all over my loaded fries.(I HATE SOUR CREAM). I asked for ranch there wasn’t any ranch in my bag that I ordered. I even called the restaurant to make sure they put ranch in there. And on my receipt it said that my chicken tenders is supposed to be tossed. When I say I absolutely hate my food, I absolutely hate my food that I ordered that I had to cook. I wish I could put 0 stars.
