Arby's - Summerville

It's Arby's, so it's not my top choice, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick.

We went through the drive-through. The gentleman taking our order was a little hard to hear, but did an excellent job. It was no problem to add fries when we drove up to pay.

Lady at the window could have at least seemed like she was happy......poor customer service

Tried to order at 9:45, all lights off and drive thru lights off. This location closes at 1am. 2 people in the building. For what? Cause they’re not taking any orders or making any food. Worst of the worst.

Loaded fries were cold, more cheese sauce than anything else. Small milkshake was sticky on the outer cup. Food was disappointing.
