Mcdonald's - Summerton

Wait time is minimum, food is fresh, friendly staff, to name one (Matthew).

This is the worst McDonalds ever!!! Have given them many tries and at different times of the day and night. The food isn?t the greatest but this is McDonalds after all. My huge complaint is the wait. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive thru just for them to take your order. This is from this morning. Someone please explain to me why I?m sitting here for 20 minutes now waiting to order an ice coffee and there is absolutely no one at either window!!!

This McDonalds is the worse. Always 20 minutes to wait in drive thru or curbside. They have tons of people inside working. Needs to be shut down and trained.

Terrible drive through service, made us wait for over 5 minutes when we were the only ones there. The guy taking our order had no idea what I meant by 2 milk instead of 2 creams in my coffee. We tried to explain it several different ways with no sucess, he still didn't understand. I ended up getting a cup of warm milk with a small amount of coffee in it...

Overall I was not impressed, no silverware or napkins? Yes the dishes were a plenty, but there was no love in the making of the pasta dishes. My was actually cold and very bland. Don't think I'll be returning .
