T-bones - Summerlin South

I had a fantastic meal while sitting at the bar. The creamed spinach was delightful, and the baked potato was cooked to perfection. The New York steak was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. While it was a bit noisy at the bar, I still found the experience enjoyable. They also have an excellent selection of wines.

I went to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience. The service was excellent, with Adam and Anthony being particularly attentive. The quality of the food was outstanding. However, the music was a bit loud for such a high-end restaurant, and it would have been more relaxing if the volume had been lower.

However, there was one drawback: the noise level during dinner was incredibly high—so much so that having a conversation was nearly impossible; it felt more like being in a club than a restaurant. Fortunately, we were able to sit outside on the patio, which provided a much more pleasant atmosphere. The loudness was surprising, especially since many of the patrons were not exactly part of a younger crowd that typically enjoys that kind of scene. Just something to keep in mind for your visit.

This was our fifth visit to the restaurant. The service this time around was not up to our normal experience. Not to say that the waiter was rude, but he didn't really seem happy to be there and didn't go out of his way at any point in the evening.

Brought my family in from out of the states and everyone had an amazing dinner. The service from Andres and his assistant Christian was impeccable. We never had to ask for refills...table maintenance was on point. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. This is the best steakhouse in the city hands down!
