Cajun Boudin Connection - Summerdale

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The Cajun Boudin here is hands down the best I've ever had. The cracklin is also top-notch. Adding to the experience, the establishment is run by a lovely couple who make everything in-house.

I happened to visit this restaurant on their last day of operation, and I am so happy that I did. I have always enjoyed stopping by after my fishing trips. I heard they will be at the Farmers Market in Foley serving delicious Cajun food. Their cracklins and boudin were especially outstanding.

I dine at this restaurant regularly and I absolutely love it. All the dishes are made fresh to order. The gumbo is fantastic, as are the red beans and rice. The boudin tastes just like it does in Louisiana. I highly recommend trying this place – you won't be disappointed.

During Hurricane Sally, these people were so kind to those less fortunate. I'm so thankful to them for feeding the community of Summerdale during this time. The food takes me home. If you haven't been here, stop and visit Louisiana!
