Mcdonald's - Sulphur

Never been to a place that always screws up an order like this one!!! Love McDonald's food though!!!

The burger that I had purchased had a hair in it, which I’m assuming belonged to one of the employees. It was also dry and cold! The bathroom had feces smeared on the wall, and that’s not even the worst part. I found the establishment to be unsanitary.

The food is McDonalds food. No issues with it. However, when we came through over an hour before close we pulled up in our van. We have a passenger van as we have a large family. We were only ordering for the two people in the car though. They told us that they couldn’t take our order because they were closed. When we pulled around they were taking the order of somebody that had pulled through. My husband wanted to wait and see if they actually served them. They were given food so they just didn’t want to serve us thinking it would be a large order. We went to Taco Mayo instead.

It's been a while since this place has rebuilt, but I think it has made it faster. If you use the app, it is a nice improvement. All in all, McDonald's has actually become better.

The hamburgers we ordered were undercooked in the center. This restaurant needs to improve its staff training and management.
