Despite being one of the few places open late at night, I am considering taking my business elsewhere or just cooking at home. The staff is unprofessional and often neglects their cooking and cleaning duties. While management seems competent, they seem unable to control their employees' lack of customer service. It took multiple mistakes before I received a correct order, but by then, my dining companion had already lost their appetite due to another error.
We waited a long time for our drinks to be served, and the food took even longer to arrive. The portions were inconsistent - small meals in a large box and large orders in a small box. We had no say in the side dishes we received. The total bill was over $30 and we won't be returning anytime soon. The service was slow and unhelpful. Beware before dining here - make sure to ask about the menu options and prices before ordering.
When we arrived at the restaurant, my daughter approached the staff to let them know we had arrived and where we would be seated. They quickly brought out our order, but it was incorrect. After waiting 38 minutes, we finally received our order, but it was still incorrect. We were missing half of our order, but had extra items we did not order. Despite the mistakes, the manager was very apologetic and made sure to correct the errors, which was appreciated.
I received the wrong order at the drive-thru window. When I went back through, they were apologetic and kind and gave me the correct order. Both meals were delicious. TIP check your order before you leave the parking lot.
The food is usually good for Taco Bell standards. Employees are friendly. But the wait is beyond ridiculous. If there are more than three cars in the drive thru line, you might as well be prepared to be in line for at least 30 minutes.
