Kfc - Sulphur Springs

While this place may have one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches, I would not recommend. This KFC is much worse than other places. Most of the time it takes 20 minutes to get the food. The manager ALWAYS blames the night shift before. They ALWAYS ask you to pull around to the front, leading to cold food. The people working never seem to care. It’s a product of bad management, which is a shame, because they have a great spicy chicken sandwich. I’ve been here 6-7 times, only a couple times has it gone smooth. Take it from a local, this place is disgusting and hopefully a well ran Popeyes will be here soon. They need better management and more employees that actually care.

First of all, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They gave me the wrong order twice, gave us no straws for our drinks, did not ask us if we wanted a receipt, and proceeded to be extremely rude to me to my face. Even took pictures of us and our car.

The restaurant is really clean. The people are extremely friendly and nice. The food is exceptional. Would recommend this kfc to anyone.Food: 5/5

A hour till close and basically can't order anything but strips. Even sides are slim to none. Open till 9 but close at 8!
