Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe discovered this simple little place near the old town. wonderful welcome. we ordered an appetizer that provided various tastes of typical products of Abruzzo, all very good. we then took two first: a fresh pasta with lamb ragù that we did not like because the lamb was almost absent (in practice it was a pasta with tomato) and a risotto with the three cheeses with a very good wine.
We spent two days at sulmona and after trying this restaurant before finishing the dinner we booked for the next one . Menu with traditional dishes but with originality. a lot of bread for which the appetizers should be shared if you want to arrive at the end, also because with the bread .. made in the house .. and it feels . they bring you focaccia and pizza , but above all a kind of pizza fried with ricotta . the first night my husband ate : spaghetti on the guitar with cream ricotta , saffron , cheek and a citrus fruit peeled on the second evening my husband chose pappardelle to the lamb ragù and I butterflies to the clemente sauce of vegetables and lamb meat .. if I don't remember bad . all watered by a good rosè . fast service with the friendly and never intrusive manager . absolutely adequate account with excellent value for money . quality raw materials and this reverberates on the dishes . unmissable if you are in sulmona . it is good to book .
With 2 children. reading the reviews we stopped. good but special dishes, not suitable for everyone, especially children who do not eat everything. Kind staff, extra waiter wouldn't hurt. price just above average.
In this restaurant it is so good that in 3 days at sulmona we had dinner twice. perfect service with friendly and friendly staff. first really gouty dishes in respect of tradition, as well as meats, really excellent. a place where everything works well and where it is pleasant to eat
Incredible foods; Outstanding Service. We had the most incredible antipasti dish from individual vegetables that was like a tour through Abruzzo. From grilled zucchini and squash to filled flowers and eggplants, to beautified greens and 2 types of green beans and fries... and barley salads and grilled bread. Each dish was perfectly prepared and seasoned. Couple this dish with wonderful house wine (the best we had) and special pasta dishes such as saffron ricotta and excellent local grill meat. You can see why this restaurant was recommended to Michelin for many years. It is simply excellent and the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. This will be an outstanding for our journey
