Przekaż informację zwrotnąI usually don't comment on small businesses because I know it can be hard trying to get your business off the ground but what I experienced tonight was completely unethical. I don't know who I spoke with tonight, but whoever that was, you need to learn what it means to be professional. I placed the order well before closing only to be told that the order never came through yet she confirmed the order was made what? Which one is it. Now granted I am pregnant and hungry so I did call the store to see if I can try to get them to make it right with me when really it should have been them trying to make it right and she still claims she could not assist because the kitchen was closed and all of the chefs that went home but on the GrubHub app, it says they close at 11:43 p.m. I had placed my order well before 11:43 p.m. I am blown away at the poor customer service and miscommunication.
We ordered Hennessy wings and a loaded baked potato. Simply just wasn’t what we expected wings had hair all in them, just nasty. Baked potato was just huge nothing mixed right. Burnt cheeses and simply to much. The prices on the menu weren’t what rung up. Over $60 down the drain. Had high hopes. Better off going to Suburban Seafood on Marlboro pike.
Placed an order on Uber. They called to tell me they were out of fish and to pick another option for my combo. I chose chicken because the young lady ran down a list of all the things they didn’t have so it wasn’t but two options available. I received my food and the wings were not well done as I asked my fries were soggy and I was missing shrimp. Called the restaurant directly to figure out another option and was met with unprofessional and ignorant individuals. Was transferred to the ASM Terron or Tavon and he wasn’t any better told me “we is “ out of options we don’t issue refunds and I could come up there to pick up another option. I expressed that that defeated the purpose of Uber eats and asked for them to make a suggestion since they were out of fish ribs Mac and a whole host of other items. Asked for the manager and was told she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday with an attitude. Food looks disgusting and will NEVER order from here again first and last time . I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . This is not genuine soul food anyway.
I got there an hr before it closed and was told that they closed they grill. I had to order something else so I did. I waited about 30m before realizing that the people that was ordering after me got their food before me. I stated my concern to the young lady at the front. She then asked me what did I order?? They never started on my food until I said something. I ended up waiting a little over 45m for my food order. NEVER AGAIN! I’m mad I even spent that much money and on them expensive peach drinks. Never again
Got there .. and they were out of ribs @4pm.Turkey wings were as big as my 10mnth old legs .. I kid you NOT. Collard greens were good. But a young lady with blonde locs came in from outside and started preparing orders... She did not wash her hands or put on gloves. Definitely won't be goin back.
