I was in the car-duration line for over 20 minutes. there was no excuse, thank you for your time, nothing.

1 star because at 8pm who runs out of biscuits it's what you made your reputation on, that along with the chicken. So that being said you better get there wayyyy before 8pm if you want a full meal.

I will not visit this store again. I don't understand you run out food at 9pm on a Friday (1/21/22) all this store had to offer to the customers is spicy chicken breast and coleslaw? This is what the staff that worked the drive thru stated to me. Not good business.

So I’m sitting in the drive thur I look over and see at least 10 RATS!!!!! Right by the trash that sit right next to the backdoor…. I was wondering why the guy that work there was taking the trash all the way across the parking lot ???

They gotta do better with how they cook this chicken, especially the biscuits. Our biscuits were burnt! The staff was friendly, but they seemed rushed to do things. Also, was really upset that they didn't have any apple pies ready!
