Wings N Things - Sugar Land

I was turned away with my autistic son for bringing only his outside food in. When explained to the manager that my son has a disability he still insisted that no outside could be brought in. My son has a limited diet and would not have eaten anything on their menu.. not a family friendly establishment as well as not an inclusive environment for people with Autism.

This is the best wing place in the country. I was born in Buffalo so trust me I know wings. I can’t help but order most of the appetizers too. Mozzarella sticks and fried pickles are gas. I eat there at least 3 times a month wish it could be more!Food: 5/5

This remains one of my favorite restaurants despite having moved. I’ve been coming here for years, and I always look forward to eating here when visiting. The regular hot Buffalo wings with a side of shoestring onion rings is always delicious.Food: 5/5

Went here for lunch. Asked about the lunch menu. Was told it was only for dine-in customers. I was never asked if I was dining in or not. I explained to the gentleman on the cash register that I would dine in to get the chicken basket lunch special.After waiting for a considerable amount of time, my food came out as a to go order. I asked the waitress if the meal came with a drink she responded with a confident, no. When I told her that I thought I read it did come with one on the menu, she responded no again. When I got up to check what I thought I read on the menu, the same waitress then explained it only comes with one with dine in orders. I explained I was dining in. To that she said ok, I 'll go get you a drink. She never asked what I would like to drink. After a while, she brought me out a big container of lemonade that tasted like it was mixed with dishwater. When asked if I get a choice for the drink, she responded in her same response, no. REALLY??? On top of all that I was charged regular menu price. Where is the customer service? Be better.

The service is great, our server was good and the atmosphere is spacious and accomodating.The food however could be better. Fries are not seasoned (slightly at most) on purpose to get you to pay for toppings like cheese and chili.The lemon pepper wings are gross.But the hot wings are decent.But considering how much I paid for an okay meal, I won't be coming back.
